About Us
Our Foundation: The Operator’s Advantage
Fields Consulting Group was founded on an undeniable operational reality established over two decades in healthcare administration and clinic operations: fragmented clinical data, unresolved claim denials, and stagnant cash flow paralyze high-performance organizations.
We did not study these friction points from the sidelines. As former clinic founders, practice operators, and licensed industry professionals, we managed the daily reality of delayed receivables, non-billable clerical marathons, and the costly blind spots of incomplete medical charts.
When vital clinical data is scattered across disconnected networks, high-value capital sits frozen in aging personal injury liens, or complex Medicare Advantage denials are prematurely written off, the damage extends well beyond the back office. It compromises clinical readiness, stalls contingency legal settlements, derails underwriting pipelines, and drains staff bandwidth.
Fields Consulting Group was built to bridge this operational divide. We partner with medical practices, specialized clinics, trial law teams, and financial institutions to replace administrative drag with high-velocity capital, contingency revenue recovery, and point-of-origin clinical intelligence.
The Evolution of Our Advisory Framework
Having spent years navigating the daily friction of medical record retrieval, practice revenue cycles, and clinical service expansion, we recognized that sustainable practice growth demands direct access to institutional capital, proprietary recovery engines, and reimbursable procedural care.
Today, Fields Consulting Group serves as a high-impact Practice Advisory Firm. Through direct strategic partnerships with national industry leaders, we deploy a unified, four-pillar infrastructure engineered to reinforce every facet of your organization:
Pillar 1: Practice Capital & Receivables Liquidity (PI / MVA)
Powered by InjuryPro Capital | Distributed by 7Streams
Convert aging MVA-lien and Letter of Protection (LOP) medical accounts into immediate working capital in days through non-recourse funding advances or outright portfolio buyouts.
Pillar 2: Medicare Advantage Q-Code Denial Recovery
Authorized 7Streams Partner
Capture 100% contingency "found money" from wrongfully denied Medicare Advantage Q-code claims that internal billing teams or third-party agencies have already worked, appealed, and written off.
Pillar 3: In-Office Neuromodulation Solutions (NS100)
In Partnership with NeuroDynamics Global
Assist specialty practices in deploying the FDA-cleared NS100 Class II percutaneous neurostimulation device for Painful Diabetic Neuropathy (PDN)—delivering a covered 30-minute in-office procedure supported by turnkey prior authorization management.
Pillar 4: Point-of-Origin Clinical Intelligence (CareThread 360)
Territory Infrastructure Partner
Equip healthcare practices, litigation teams, and life insurers with a seven-rail data engine that queries over 100,000 endpoints simultaneously—delivering physician-reviewed, hyperlinked clinical chronologies in 72 hours.
Bridging the Gap Between Data, Capital, and Action
We do not sell passive software or make superficial referral introductions; we engineer clinical velocity and balance-sheet resilience. Our operational model bridges the divide between practice friction, frozen assets, and decisive executive execution:
Capital & Revenue Acceleration: Provide medical groups with predictable cash flow through structured lien advances, outright portfolio sales, and contingency Q-code recovery—completely offloading the administrative drag of attorney collections and payer appeals.
Clinical Capability & Growth: Equip specialty practices with covered, high-impact in-office procedures that improve patient outcomes and generate reliable practice revenue without capital equipment overhead.
Evidentiary & Clinical Integrity: Powered by CareThread 360, protect organizations from dangerous clinical blind spots and defense ambushes by transforming fragmented charts into chronological, physician-reviewed medical intelligence.
We empower enterprises across healthcare, insurance, and legal sectors to reclaim their timelines, eliminate operational drag, and operate with uncompromised integrity.
Leadership Team
Enterprise Operations & Strategic Infrastructure
Tony brings over three decades of executive experience in enterprise operations, business development, and strategic leadership. His career is defined by an ability to transform complex, fragmented operational environments into streamlined, high-visibility systems, making him a trusted advisor to C-suite healthcare executives and enterprise leaders nationwide.
Before co-founding, scaling, and successfully transitioning a multi-million-dollar clinical corporation alongside Lorie, Tony spent nearly 20 years architecting service-level logistics for multi-state enterprise organizations. During that tenure, he developed proprietary operational mapping and transparency frameworks that turned high-chaos fulfillment cycles into predictable, high-yield corporate assets.
Transitioning this systems-first philosophy into the healthcare sector in 2009, Tony oversaw the full enterprise lifecycle—from strategic corporate governance and contract negotiations to complex vendor and capital networks. Today, he leverages this background to help medical practices and litigation teams collapse turnaround timelines, eliminate middleman bottlenecks, and secure decisive operational advantages through specialized receivables financing, contingency revenue recovery, and point-of-origin clinical intelligence.

Healthcare Operations & Clinical Infrastructure
Lorie brings over two decades of dedicated experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, and practice infrastructure. Her career began in healthcare education and client advocacy, guiding seniors through the complexities of Medicare and Long-Term Care—an early foundation that sparked her career-long dedication to bringing operational clarity to complex healthcare systems.
In 2009, Lorie directed patient coordination and financial operations across an expanding regional clinical network, scaling enrollment to over 2,000 patients and subsequently training clinic directors nationwide on practice efficiency and workflow design. As co-founder and operational director of Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics, Lorie ran the operational engine of the enterprise—mastering EHR implementations, clinical record compliance, specialized billing protocols, and regulatory governance through a successful business acquisition.
Today, Lorie applies that deep operational foundation to help healthcare providers, specialty clinics, and trial teams eliminate record fragmentation, capture written-off revenue, monetize aging receivables, and introduce advanced clinical care pathways. Her focus is ensuring that practice administrators, medical directors, and managing partners receive sophisticated, compliant solutions that accelerate practice velocity and protect the bottom line.
