Who we are

Fields Consulting Group was founded by Tony and Lorie Fields, who spent more than 15 years building and operating Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics.

During that time, they experienced firsthand the operational pressures that affect healthcare organizations every day — fragmented patient records, administrative overload, complex vendor relationships, EMR limitations, and the constant tension between delivering excellent patient care and maintaining financial sustainability.

That lived experience shapes our work today.

We don’t approach healthcare operations from theory or assumption. We understand what it means to manage staff, implement technology, navigate billing complexity, negotiate contracts, and make decisions under real-world constraints — because we’ve done it ourselves inside a functioning medical practice.

Through that experience, one issue became unmistakably clear: fragmented medical records quietly undermine nearly every aspect of healthcare delivery. Incomplete data increases risk, slows workflows, burdens staff, and compromises continuity of care.

Our current consulting focus is centered on addressing this challenge through Med-Sync, an advanced medical record consolidation platform designed to unify patient information across disconnected systems. Having lived with the consequences of fragmented records firsthand, we understand both the operational weight they create and the transformative impact consolidation can provide.

Tony Fields Founder

Tony brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare business operations and strategic leadership.

For 15 years, he co-founded and operated Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics, where he oversaw business development, marketing, branding, financial management, and contract negotiations. His role spanned the full operational lifecycle of the practice — from early growth through scale — with responsibility for vendor relationships, equipment financing, and long-term financial strategy.

During his time at Regain, Tony developed and implemented a comprehensive weight loss program that helped approximately 2,000 patients achieve sustainable results, combining patient education, program structure, and operational execution.

Having built a healthcare business from the ground up, Tony understands the practical realities organizations face when balancing growth, staffing, financial sustainability, and patient experience. His insight is shaped by hands-on implementation — not theory — and informs a disciplined, results-oriented approach to healthcare operations.

Lorie Fields Founder

Lorie brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience overseeing the operational infrastructure of a medical practice.

As co-founder of Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations that keep healthcare organizations functioning — including EMR system development, medical records management, vendor oversight, patient billing for both cash-pay and insurance services, and accounts payable and receivable.

Lorie built and managed the full clinical and administrative team, established operational protocols, and ensured regulatory compliance across the practice. Her role required constant coordination between technology, staff workflows, documentation, and financial systems — providing her with a deep understanding of how operational breakdowns affect both patient care and organizational sustainability.

Through years of managing incomplete records and fragmented patient information, Lorie gained firsthand insight into the administrative burden and risk created by disconnected systems. That experience informs her current focus on medical record consolidation through Med-Sync, where restoring continuity and clarity is central to improving healthcare operations.
