Who we are

Fields Consulting Group was founded by Tony and Lorie Fields, who spent more than 15 years building and operating a premier medical practice. During that tenure, they experienced firsthand the operational pressures that define the modern healthcare landscape—fragmented patient records, administrative overload, complex vendor relationships, and the constant tension between clinical excellence and fiduciary sustainability.

That lived experience shapes our work today.

We don’t approach clinical operations from theory or assumption. We understand what it means to manage high-performance teams, implement complex technology, navigate regulatory hurdles, and make high-stakes decisions under real-world constraints—because we have lived them inside a functioning practice environment.

Through that experience, one issue became unmistakably clear: fragmented medical records quietly undermine every aspect of professional delivery. Incomplete data increases risk, stalls workflows, burdens staff, and compromises the integrity of clinical narratives.

Our consulting focus is centered on addressing this challenge through MedSync, an advanced clinical record consolidation platform designed to unify patient information across disconnected systems. Having managed the consequences of fragmented records firsthand, we understand both the operational weight they create and the transformative impact that a "Source of Truth" provides.

Our philosophy is grounded in reality: the most effective consulting is informed by implementation, not abstraction. We bridge the gap between technical possibility and operational results—ensuring that our guidance delivers clarity for healthcare systems, insurance fiduciaries, and legal professionals alike.

Tony and Lorie Fields bring more than 15 years of firsthand experience building and operating high-performance clinical environments. Together, they offer a rare blend of clinical insight and operational leadership—shaped by years spent navigating EMR architecture, complex vendor ecosystems, and the high-stakes realities of professional healthcare governance.

What distinguishes their work is implementation-based perspective. Having built systems from the ground up—not simply advised on them—Tony and Lorie identify which solutions translate effectively into the real world and which ones create more burden than benefit.

Tony Fields

Strategic Development & Partnership

Tony brings over three decades of experience in enterprise operations, business development, and strategic leadership.

His career is defined by a unique ability to transform complex, fragmented operational environments into streamlined, high-visibility systems.

Before co-founding and scaling Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics, Tony spent nearly 20 years architecting service-level logistics for multi-state enterprise organizations.

He became a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and property managers by developing proprietary mapping and transparency tools that turned high-chaos maintenance cycles into predictable, manageable assets.

In 2009, he transitioned this "systems-first" philosophy into the healthcare sector. At Regain, he oversaw the full operational lifecycle—from branding and contract negotiations to vendor ecosystems and financial strategy.

Tony’s strength lies in "teaching the buyer", empowering executives to navigate complex procurement and operational decisions with clarity and confidence.

Today, Tony leverages this deep background in logistics and enterprise scaling to help firms collapse discovery timelines and secure a competitive advantage through clinical data velocity.

Lorie Fields

Opertions & Infrastructure

Lorie has spent more than 15 years managing the day-to-day operations and administrative infrastructure of medical practices.

Her career began in healthcare education, where she helped seniors navigate the often-confusing details of Medicare and Long-Term Care—a role that sparked her interest in making complex healthcare systems easier to understand.

In 2009, Lorie helped a regional clinical network expand into the Kansas City area. Over two years, she managed the enrollment and financial coordination for more than 2,000 patients.

Because she developed such efficient processes for the clinic, she was eventually asked to train new clinic owners across the network on how to manage their own operations and patient consultations.

As the co-founder of Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics, Lorie was responsible for the "engine room" of the practice. She handled everything from EMR implementation and medical records protocols to billing workflows and regulatory compliance.

Today, Lorie uses that experience to help organizations address record fragmentation. Having managed these challenges firsthand for years, she understands how to bridge the gap between technology and the practical realities of running a healthcare team.

Her focus is on ensuring that clinical data is organized, accurate, and useful for the people who need it most.
