Who we are
Fields Consulting Group was founded by Tony and Lorie Fields, who spent 15 years building and operating Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics. During that time, they experienced firsthand the operational challenges that plague healthcare organizations: fragmented patient records, administrative burden, complex vendor management, EMR limitations, and the constant tension between delivering excellent patient care and maintaining financial sustainability.
That hands-on experience shapes our consulting approach today. We don't just understand healthcare challenges intellectually—we've lived them. We know what it's like to manage staff, negotiate contracts, implement technology, handle billing complexities, and deal with the daily operational realities of running a medical practice.
When we discovered Med-sync's medical record consolidation platform, we immediately recognized its potential. Tony Fields Founder
Tony brings over 20 years of healthcare business and operations experience. For 15 years, he co-founded and operated Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics, where he was responsible for all business development, marketing, branding, financial management, and contract negotiations. During his time at Regain, Tony developed and implemented a comprehensive weight loss program that helped approximately 2,000 patients achieve sustainable results. He managed equipment financing, vendor relationships, and patient education programs while building the practice's brand and market presence. His experience building a healthcare business from the ground up—handling everything from marketing strategy to equipment contracts to patient program development—gives him unique insight into what healthcare organizations need to succeed operationally and financially.

Lorie Fields Founder
Lorie combines clinical operations expertise with strategic business insight gained from 15 years of building and managing Regain Functional Medicine & Aesthetics. She was responsible for all operational aspects of the practice, including building the EMR system from scratch, managing all vendor relationships and accounts, handling patient billing (both cash-pay and insurance), overseeing medical records management, and directing all accounts payable and receivable. Lorie hired and managed the entire clinical and administrative staff, established operational protocols, and ensured regulatory compliance. Her experience managing the complete operational infrastructure of a medical practice—from technology implementation to vendor coordination to financial management—gives her deep understanding of the challenges healthcare facilities face daily. Having dealt firsthand with fragmented patient records and the administrative burden of maintaining complete medical histories, Lorie immediately recognized the transformative potential of Med-sync's record consolidation solution.
